Context
An international platform created to connect leaders from art, business and the creative industries through public dialogue, live programming, and private gatherings. Held at the Central Manege in Moscow. Speakers included Cecilia Dean, Crimson Rose, Ian Robertson, Pearl Lam, Sylvain Levy and others.
Challenge
Develop one of the first large-scale European cultural forums capable of engaging both creative and business communities - without losing intellectual credibility to broad appeal, or the audience to specialist language.
My role
I developed the forum from its initial idea through to delivery, shaped the programme and invited more than 30 speakers. My role combined programme development, speaker engagement, and full production: budget ownership, contracts, international travel, technical infrastructure, vendor management, partnerships, private dinners and VIP hospitality.
Outcome
A cross-sector platform that showed how culture becomes a working channel between the creative industries, business and the wider public.
